Meet Hayley Rutford

RDH, BSDH, OMT, CLC

Hayley has been a registered dental hygienist since 2016. She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and a minor in Public Health degree. She has spent the majority of her career working with pediatric patients in a school-based setting. She currently works part-time at the Summit Community Care Clinic as a dental hygienist. Hayley was first introduced to myofunctional disorders when she was suffering from numerous issues related to breastfeeding. From there she worked with several specialists to treat her son’s tongue tie. Hayley saw the life changing impacts that these treatments had on her son. Her individual experience influenced Hayley’s passion to share this therapy with others. She is motivated to help clients uncover the underlying cause of their concerns, and treatment plan solutions. She is a dedicated member of the multi-disciplinary approach to achieve success for her clients. Hayley completed her orofacial myofunctional therapy training through the Myo Mastery Program in 2022. Hayley has completed many hours of continuing education focusing specifically on tethered oral tissues. She also completed 52 hours of continuing education for the lactation counselor training and is a Certified Lactation Counselor.

In Hayley’s free time she can be found somewhere in the mountains snowboarding, hiking, and creating art for her small craft business. Hayley resides in Leadville, Colorado with her husband, two sons, and two dogs.
